New to the Nº1 Hairpin-family? This is how you use them

The Nº1 Hairpin is a unique hair-tool which is the essence of your hairstyle. The Nº1 Hairpin is used in a different way than the most hair-tools that we know for decades. We want to explain you how to use our Nº1 Hairpin correctly so that you all can create luxury hairstyles within seconds and so that it holds your hair all day long.

For most hairstyles such as the Signature Look, Infinity Braid and a Cable Twist it is the key is to use the Nº1 Hairpin in opposite direction of your parting, with the FF logo upwards. This is important because otherwise the No1 Hairpin doesn’t have grip and will fall out. The round at the end, nearby the FF logo, is a lock and makes sure your hair stays in place when wearing the Nº1 Hairpin.

For other hairstyles such as the French Twist, Top Knot or Chic Ponytail it’s important to make sure you use the Nº1 Hairpin in opposite direction of your parting, with the FF logo facing sideways. This way the hairpin has good grip and will hold your hair all day.

When you want to create any hairstyle, it helps to twist your hair a little or you make a small braid. Then you open up your Nº1 Hairpin sideways a little and you slide the hairpin into your hair until it’s locked at the round of the Nº1 Hairpin.

Step by step:

Firstly part your hair the way you usually do, then grab a section of your hair and loosely twist the sections. Hold the twisted sections between your thumb and forefinger and use your fingers on the other hand to loosely spread the No1 Hairpin sideways. Carefully slide in in the Nº1 Hairpin upwards, along your scalp and slide the in Nº1 Hairpin in the opposite direction of your parting to secure a firm grip.
