Subscription Policy
At Fiona Franchimon, we are committed to offering a seamless and flexible subscription experience tailored to your personal haircare routine. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Recurring Deliveries & Automatic Payments
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Luxury Brand Partners B.V. to automatically charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription amount based on your chosen delivery frequency.
Subscription pricing and discounts may vary depending on the selected delivery interval. More frequent deliveries may qualify for higher subscription savings.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the customer or terminated by Luxury Brand Partners B.V.
2. Manage, Skip or Cancel Anytime
We believe in flexibility. Customers may, at any time:
- skip an upcoming delivery
- update their subscription preferences
- cancel their subscription.
Changes must be made before the next order is processed to apply to the upcoming shipment.
3. Pricing & Subscription Changes
Luxury Brand Partners B.V. reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing in the event of product price changes, increased operational costs, tax adjustments, or other commercial circumstances.
Customers will be notified of any material pricing changes in advance. If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription prior to the next renewal date.
4. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Luxury Brand Partners B.V. reserves the right to pause or cancel the subscription until a valid payment method has been provided.
5. Right to Refuse or Terminate
Luxury Brand Partners B.V. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any subscription at its sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of the service, or violation of applicable terms and conditions.
6. Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund policies as outlined in our general return policy.
7. Applicable Law
These subscription terms and any related agreements are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
